Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City and Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association for the purpose of providing on-call pay for MMSA employees in Public Works to perform sewer-related emergency work.

Whereas, the last Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association, which was approved by Saint Paul City Council on July 26, 2023, continues in full force and effect through December 31, 2025, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the purpose of providing on-call pay for MMSA employees in Public Works to perform sewer-related emergency work that once approved, shall continue in full force and effect and shall expire one (1) year after the start of the first on-call week worked under this MOA; now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3(5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association.
