WHEREAS, on June 27, 2023, Rival House LLC d/b/a Rival House (License ID# 20230002313) applied for the Liquor On-Sale - 291 or more seats, Liquor On-Sale Sunday, Liquor - outdoor Service Area (Patio), and Entertainment (B) licenses for the premises located at 411 Minnesota Street in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification on December 22, 2023, with a response date of January 6, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification, no objections were received, and the Council finds that the application is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it; and
RESOLVED, the Liquor On-Sale - 291 or more seats, Liquor On-Sale Sunday, Liquor - outdoor Service Area (Patio), and Entertainment (B) licenses are hereby approved and issued to Rival House LLC d/b/a Rival House (License ID# 20230002313), for the premises located at 411 Minnesota Street in Saint Paul, with no license conditions.
