Authorizing a sponsorship agreement with HealthPartners for mobile library support.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency has a Mobile Library program currently operating in the City; and
WHEREAS, HealthPartners wishes to partner with the Saint Paul Public Library Agency to sponsor the Mobile Library through financial support in return for the right to have the Mobile Library bear its branding on its wrap; and
WHEREAS, The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library has facilitated this sponsorship and will be partners and serve as fiscal agent for the Saint Paul Public Library Agency; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into the attached Sponsorship Agreement and to allow HealthPartners branding on the wrap of the Mobile Library.
