WHEREAS on January 17, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 23-87 to ratify the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during May 8 to June 8, 2023. (File No. J2401P, Assessment No. 248400); and
WHEREAS, the property at 860 Robert Street South, being described as: Auditor’s Subdivision of Lot 6, Bidwell’s Addition to West St Paul Ex S 19 Ft Lot 15, with the property identification number 08-28-22-34-0146 was assessed an amount of $232.92; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deletion of this assessment as there has been a graffiti waiver on file since September 18, 2023; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $232.92, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 23-87 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
