WHEREAS, Chair Noecker will vacate her position as the Chair of the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul requires a Chairperson and Vice Chair to preside over meetings and perform other responsibilities on behalf of the board; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota that Board Member Saura Jost is hereby appointed as Chair of the Library Board; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that Board Member Nelsie Yang remains as Vice Chair of the Library Board.
