Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): House was vacant due to home fire

Staff Comments: City staff confirmed that a house fire occurred at the property on 04/27/2023. As of 05/02/2023, the house was deemed uninhabitable and went into vacant status. PO filed for mail forwarding with the post office, but some mail was missed, so until this most recent notice, they did not know that they were still being billed. Staff recommends full removal of the assessment.
