WHEREAS, Mayor Melvin Carter appointed City Council Member Jane Prince to serve on the Great River Rail Commission under RES 20-30; and
WHEREAS, City Council Member Jane Prince's term with the City Council ended on December 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Melvin Carter wishes to appoint City Council Member Rebecca Noecker to serve on the Great River Rail Commission; and now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves the appointment of Rebecca Noecker to serve on the Minnesota Great River Rail Commission for a term ending on December 31, 2027 .
