WHEREAS, Mayor Melvin Carter had previously appointed City Council Member, Jane Prince to serve as a Delegate on the Red Rock Corridor Commission; and
WHEREAS, City Council Member, Jane Prince's term expired on December 31, 2023, and she no longer serves as a City Council member; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Melvin Carter wishes to appoint City Council Member Cheniqua Johnson to serve as Saint Paul Delegate on the Red Rock Corridor Commission; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves the appointment, made by the Mayor, of City Council Member Cheniqua Johnson to serve as Saint Paul Delegate on the Red Rock Corridor Commission for a term ending December 31, 2027.
