WHEREAS, Councilmember Chris Tolbert, Rebecca Noecker, and Jane Prince served on the Visit Saint Paul board of directors, and
WHEREAS, the terms of Councilmember Chris Tolbert, Rebecca Noecker, and Jane Prince on the Saint Paul City Council have ended as of December 31, 2023, and
WHEREAS, Mayor Carter wishes to appoint Mitra Jalali and Anika Bowie to serve on the Visit Saint Paul Board of Directors, and
WHEREAS, Mayor Carter wishes to reappoint Rebecca Noecker to serve on the Visit Saint Paul Board of Directors; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves the appointments, made by the Mayor, of Anika Bowie, Mitra Jalali, and reappointment of Rebecca Noecker to serve on the Visit Saint Paul Board of Directors for a term ending December 31, 2027.
