WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-52 on January 10, 2024 which granted an extension to January 12, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions (pallets and new items) at 763 Weide Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 16, 2024 and February 13, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated, including the metal shelving which was granted to May 12, 2024 not abated but grant an extension to February 10, 2024 for compliance with the remaining items on the property and grant an extension to May 12, 2024 to remove the metal shelving from the yard forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter resolved not abated but will grant extensions to February 10, 2024 and May 12,2024 forthcoming.
