Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 494 EDMUND AVENUE in Council File RLH VBR 23-72.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH VBR 23-72 on December 20, 2023 which denied the appeal to release the property from the vacant building program and waived fee until January 21, 2024 at 494 Edmund Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 9, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions with the removal, replace of the garage; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
