WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Peter Lee to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 770 Fourth Street East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and require a code compliance inspection is required and waive the vacant building for 60 days to February 1, 2024; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
