Ratifying the assessment for the City’s cost of providing Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during April to June 2023. (File No. CG2304A2, Assessment No. 230115)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 23-1824 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during April to June 2023; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 13, 2024 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 443.29 and Admin. Code § 60.03, the assessments set forth in the said assessment roll are, in all respects, hereby ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 24-48: 658 Edmund Avenue;
RLH TA 24-67: 839 Edmund Avenue;
RLH TA 24-6: 1128 Fourth Street East;
RLH TA 24-55: 790 Geranium Avenue East;
RLH TA 24:56: 384 Lawson Avenue East;
RLH TA 24-7: 1964 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 24-84: 2024 Reaney Avenue;
RLH TA 24-9: 651 Wells Street;
RLH TA 24-60: 900 Westminster Street; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
