Appeal of Shore Vang and Xue Thao to a Summary Abatement Order at 1318 BUSH AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, June 6, 2023, teleconference between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: It is not on our property. We will not take care of it or pay for it. We asked the neighbors and they said it was there when they moved in and will talk to their landlords. Those tires, miscellaneous debris, couch, and mattresses are not our tenant's. This is the second time it has happened. Please do something about it. Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Shore Vang and Xue Thao to a Summary Abatement Order at 1318 Bush Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, noting it's now in compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
