WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-55 on January 4, 2023 which granted an extension to June 1, 2023 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1676 Nevada Avenue East; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 6, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions forthcoming were not abated; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case again on June 28, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were mostly abated; however, a significant amount of additional exterior storage in violation of the property maintenance code was documented by the inspector; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the findings of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and authorizes Department of Safety & Inspections to either abate the remaining nuisance conditions, or issue a new set of orders forthcoming.
