Staff is seeking Board approval to use Master Contract 4741 with TKDA to provide engineering services during the 2026 Downtown Tunnel Re-inspection and Repair Project.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul has established master contracts with firms to provide engineering services; and
WHEREAS, TKDA proposes to provide professional engineering services for re-inspection, design and construction oversight for the 2026 Downtown Tunnel Re-inspection and Repair Project to SPRWS at a cost not to exceed $109,800, billed per hourly rates in accordance with master contract No. 4741; now, therefore; be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes TKDA to provide professional engineering services for the 2026 Downtown Tunnel Re-inspection and Repair Project under master contract No. 4741 and hereby authorizes the General Manager of SPRWS to execute any and all forms as may be required for such agreements.
