Purpose of Appeal: When the guy took the meter out, he didn't say nothing to us if there is a problem we should be notify while the meter on our property. We were getting bills. We were not aware of any problems.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Farid Freddy Jiryis, dba Maryland Amoco BP, to a Water Service Bill at 1198 White Bear Avenue North, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board reduce bill from $1,286 to $1050.00; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
