Pertaining to master service agreement with Oracle America Inc. to provide managed services to the Board’s Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) and Oracle Field Service (OFS) applications.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul entered into a contract dated April 1, 2023 with Mythics to provide professional consulting services for the implementation of a new Enterprise Asset Management System (“EAMS”) that consisted of Oracle’s Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) and Oracle Field Service (OFS); and
WHEREAS, The Board and Mythics amended Contract 3983 dated March 18th, 2025 to provide additional services for an additional cost not to exceed $375,550; and
WHEREAS, The Board and Mythics amended Contract 3983 dated on August 12th, 2025 to provide additional services for an additional cost not to exceed $237,836.10; and
WHEREAS, The Board and Mythics amended Contract 3983 dated on November 18th, 2025 to provide additional services for an additional cost not to exceed $110,250; and
WHEREAS, the term of the Contract expired on December 31, 2025; and
WHEREAS, The Board and Oracle America Inc. desire to continue with the services provided by Contract 3983 where staff have negotiated a new agreement for software support and maintenance services which provides for such extension, fee for an additional two (2) year period, only as it pertains to support and maintenance services not to exceed $398,000; and
WHEREAS, the costs of the professional services will be shared with the City of Saint Paul as governed by a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) approved by the Board at its March 2023 meeting; and
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby requests that City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Services draft an agreement with Oracle America Inc. providing professional consulting services at a cost not to exceed $398,000 and to include all other terms and conditions as may be required; and, be...
