WHEREAS, in the matter of Tom Cullen, Grampafixit, LLC, to a Water Service Bill at 926 Dale Street North, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) Board deny the appeal of late fee, noting SPRWS removed some of the late fees to this account and the owner agreed to pay the balance of late fees (approximately $50); Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
