WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul (“Board”), has acquired property in the past for current and future water utility operations; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to establish a policy pertaining to this land outlining how staff should approach land ownership, surplus designation, and disposition; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners Policy: Land Ownership, Surplus Designation, and Disposition is hereby approved by the Board.
