WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul has established master contracts with firms to provide engineering services; and
WHEREAS, Gale-Tec Engineering, Inc. proposes to provide soil boring services to SPRWS at an estimated cost of $173,994.50 billed per the fee schedule in accordance with master contract No. 4643; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes Gale-Tec Engineering, Inc. to provide soil boring services, under the master contract No. 4643 in accordance with their scope of services dated October 22, 2024 and revised on November 5, 2024.
