Approving the application for change of ownership to the Auto Repair Garage (License ID #20240000516) for the premises located at 1324 Arcade Street Suite A.

WHEREAS, on April 1, 2024, Genesis Auto Repair LLC d/b/a Genesis Auto Repair LLC (License ID #20240000516) applied for a change of ownership to the Auto Repair Garage license for the premises 1324 Arcade Street Suite A, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the license application notification was sent out by the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) on April 19, 2024, with a response date of May 4, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification no objections or comments were received; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the change of ownership for the Auto Repair Garage license is hereby approved and issued to Genesis Auto Repair LLC d/b/a Genesis Auto Repair LLC (License ID #20240000516) for the premises located at 1324 Arcade Street Suite A, in Saint Paul with the following existing license conditions:
1. All business vehicles, employee vehicles, and customer vehicles (awaiting repair or that have been repaired and are waiting pick-up) shall not be parked on the sidewalk or boulevard (paved area between sidewalk and city street)
2. Weather resistant signage shall be installed and maintained on the outside of the building nearby the vehicle entry doors along Ivy Ave E stating “No Parking on the Sidewalk or Boulevard.” With a minimum of (2) inch letter height.
3. Storage of vehicle fluids, batteries, etc. shall be in accordance with the Ramsey County Hazardous Waste Regulations.
4. Per Section 157.03(b) of the City of St. Paul Legislative Code no person, firm or corporation operating any business shall park vehicles on the streets or alleys adjacent to or in the vicinity of such business ...
