Pertaining to a Professional Services Agreement with Advance Utility Systems to provide services to integrate Paymentus with CIS Infinity V4 to support the Board’s new electronic payment system.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul desires to obtain professional services to provide services to integrate Paymentus with CIS Infinity V4 to support the Board’s new electronic payment system; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into an agreement with Advance Utility Systems. to provide said services at a cost not to exceed $61,200 over a 1-year term; now, therefore; and
WHEREAS, the Statement of Work, attached to said Agreement will provide enhancements to customer service desired by the Board; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves Contract No. 4651, a professional services agreement between the Board and Advanced Utility Systems drafted by the City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Services, to provide services to integrate Paymentus with CIS Infinity V4 to support the Board’s new electronic payment system; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
