Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 265 PAGE STREET WEST in Council File SAO 23-54.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-54 on January 17, 2024 which granted an extension to May 10, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 265 Page Street West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 14, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
