It seems to me that this change would change the neighborhood in a significant way. The purpose of the rezoning seems to be to tear down the house and to put up another apartment building on Marshall Ave. There is already one apartment in the process of being built (2127 Marshall Ave) and it has disrupted our neighborhood. Crime has increased during the building phase and after the apartment complex is up it will add a significant amount of traffic to our already busy street. Low income people and particularly immigrants do not have the income to abide by such restrictions that are focused on family relationships.
