RES 19-2123 12/14/2019 5:22 PMJean Against Really??? Does the city of St. Paul have something against the efficient movement of traffic? This will not outlaw cars or reduce them. What possible positive benefit could this idea have??? It will only serve to increase the traffic jams on Como Avenue. Right now - the afternoon traffic jam backs up from Hamline nearly to Pascal. This move will back that up even further, right through the Snelling/Como intersection and backup people trying to turn onto Como from the northbound Snelling Avenue exit ramp. This will impede the smooth flow of cars through the area, making it harder for residents to get home, walk the dog, pick up their children - live! -1
