The lack of research on how citizens and smaller, family run haulers will be affected, along with a contract that holds no one responsible for unacceptable service or no service at all is a problem. This program was poorly implemented and hasn't delivered any of the benefits we were told. The city council made a mistake, and continues to make it worse by not listening to what we, the people are saying. It's time to do the right thing and admit the mistake and start working on a solution. +1
