RES PH 23-357 12/11/2023 2:54 AMTom Ososki, SAPCC Land Use Committee Co-chair Against The St. Anthony Park Community Council objects to the proposed decision to vacate the alley on Territorial Road across from Hunt Place. District 12 was not consulted or informed of this decision and the city has provided no notice or information to make a final decision. There is already a large number of vacated streets in South St. Anthony Park that are now thought to be ill-considered, and we do not wish to see another part of the public right-of-way turned over to private use without neighborhood input. The St. Anthony Park Community Council's 10-year plan calls for recompleting the street grid in South St. Anthony Park; this change would instead worsen connection on this extra-large city block. Approved by St. Anthony Park Community Council, District 12 Submitted by the Land Use Committee co-chair, Tom Ososki, on behalf of the Council +3
