RES 26-408 3/11/2026 1:37 AMAnne Smetak   The Guidelines (page 2 / Tenant Eligibility) currently define the required "eviction notice" as either a 30-day notice of intent to evict or a summons to housing court. Please consider clarifying that if St Paul temporarily adopts a 60-day notice period, then a 60-day notice of intent to evict would suffice for purposes of seeking emergency rental ***istance. This could be as easy as changing the language to "30- or 60-day notice of intent to evict" or the guidelines could add a separate clause such as "or such longer time period as may be adopted by St Paul". Thank you for all that St. Paul is doing right now to protect tenants.
