ABZA 24-3 11/9/2024 1:04 AMMercy Das For With so much downtown office space vacancy and no return to previous levels of occupancy in sight, buildings have to be re-purposed. Storage is an essential part of residential occupancy and would add to the convenience of downtown living. Storage facilities require greater security so it's a much better option than an empty building. The facade will stay the same so there will be no change in the neighborhood character. +2
ABZA 24-3 11/8/2024 9:49 PMEmily Larson Against This proposal is contrary to the goals set for downtown of increasing vibrancy through increasing residency and workforce presence. +1 -1
ABZA 24-3 11/8/2024 7:48 PMKylle Jordan Against This type of project does not add jobs, community benefit, taxable value or prestige to our community. -1
