PH 23-2 5/1/2023 4:11 PMFerdinand Peters   I raise a serious procedural issue. It is my understanding that the public hearing at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 2nd, not during a regular City Council meeting, indicates the attitude of the City to ignore the importance of public input on important issues in a critical area of City responsibility to the residents of this City. The current scheduling of the public hearing violates Minnesota Statute Section 626.19 Subd. 9, since the public hearing is NOT scheduled during a regular City Council meeting.
