Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program awards and changes.

The attached financial analysis spreadsheet reflects the movement of Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program funds into five (5) project specific codes to reflect action adopted via City Council Resolutions #11-2071 and #11-2197. In addition to the $50,000 now being awarded to First Tee learning Center through the Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program, Resolution #10-1021 approved changing a $150,000 loan awarded to the First Tee Learning Center through the 2009 Neighborhood STAR Program to a grant code making for a total 2009 grant award of $300,000. Finally, five (5) previously funded Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program projects have been completed under budget with the remaining balances now being moved from project specific codes to the Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program code.
