Purpose of Appeal
Permit to install one bedroom window.  It is the largest available to existing but will not make egress code for St. Paul.  It does comply with MN Building Code R310.1.5.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Harmony Homes Inc., on behalf of Alvaro Alonso, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1900 BOHLAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 7.75-inch variance on the openable height of one double hung egress bedroom window measuring 16.25 inches high by 35 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
