Authorizing City staff to enter into a lease for RiverPrint in the Jackson West Building at 375 Jackson Street.
Body
WHEREAS, the RiverPrint division of the Department of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity, City of Saint Paul, the "Tenant," and Courtly Park Townhouses LLC dba 375  Jackson, the "Landlord," ("the Parties") have reached a mutual agreement for the rental of space, approximately 5800 square feet, in the 375 Jackson Building West, (Jackson West) located at 375 Jackson Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, the Tenant, per this agreement, will be re-locating to Jackson West with the base rent of $4350.00 per month, and
 
WHEREAS, the Tenant is required to vacate its current space in the Ramsey County Government Center West by 12/31/2011, and
 
WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to enter into a rental agreement for a period of seven years, commencing January 1, 2012 and terminating December 31, 2018, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to enter into the agreement, attached as Exhibit A.
