Title
Appeal of James Mayer to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 720 SUMMIT AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal
The only non-compliance is width and the windows are within 1-1/4" of being in compliance.  There is good access to the windows and good egress through them.  The building was built over a century ago and it would be very expensive and dificult to replace this row of windows.  The inspector took pictures which I believe will demonstrate the access and egress.

Date of Order(s)
September 28, 2011

Variance Recommendation
Yes, 2 inches egress opening width.  No hearing necessary.
