WHEREAS, in the matter of A Pane in the Glass Construction LLC, on behalf of Angela Polacek, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 2248 MATTERHORN LANE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 3-inch variance on the openable width of one 2-lite slider egress bedroom windows measuring 38.25 inches high by 17.125 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
