Preliminary Order setting the date of Public Hearing for December 21, 2011 to consider approval to reconstruct above standard decorative sidewalk on both sides of Ford Parkway from Mississippi River Boulevard South to Finn Street South, both sides of Cleveland Avenue South from Kenneth Street to Howell Street, and both sides of Cleveland Avenue South from Pinehurst Avenue to Bayard Avenue. In the matter of reconstructing above standard decorative sidewalk on both sides of Ford Parkway from S. Mississippi River Boulevard to S. Finn St; Both sides of S. Cleveland Avenue from Kenneth St. to Howell St. and both sides of S. Cleveland Avenue from Pinehurst Avenue to Bayard Avenue to replace existing decorative sidewalk that is crumbling, heaved, settled, and has missing brick.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul, having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $488,817.29, financed by Municipal State Aid and assessments.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 21st day of December, 2011, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
