WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Charlnitta Ellis to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 735 HAGUE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to June 15, 2012 to paint, patch or demolish the garage; deny the appeal and grant an extension to November 25, 2011 for concrete completion and the remaining items in the order; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
