WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Randy Schichel to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1079 WESTERN AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant a 2-inch variance on the width of the 49h x 18w egress window on the main floor; 2) grant a 4-inch variance on the width of the 46h x 16w egress window on the second window in front; 3) grant the appeal on the exterminator situation; 4) grant the appeal on window installation without a permit; and 5) grant an extension to December 1, 2011 to come into compliance on the remainder of the items; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
