WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Pella Windows, on behalf of Jennifer Conroy, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 2175 JEFFERSON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 3-inch variance on the openable height of two double hung replacement egress bedroom windows measuring 21 inches high by 22.9 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
