Item #2 of Fire Inspection 10/3/11. The room has always been a bedroom "as is." There are two egress points. One door to the living room and the other leads to the outside hallway.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Les Daughterty to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 991 GALTIER STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension for four months to come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
