WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of the Department of Public Health, on behalf of Mohamed Osman, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1171 DALE STREET the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 4-inches variance on the openable height and 1-inch variance on the openable width of two vinyl replacement egress bedroom windows measuring 20 inches high by 19 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
