WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Janet K. Erickson to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1005-1007 ST. CLAIR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the north and south bedrooms of the upper and lower units; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
