Adopting the "2010 Stormwater Permit Annual Report".

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul was issued a federally mandated stormwater discharge permit from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency on December 1, 2000; and

WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to submit an annual report; and

WHEREAS, in addition the stormwater permit requires the City to submit a council resolution adopting the annual report; and

WHEREAS, a public meeting was held on this report on October 13, 2011; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul adopts the "2010 Stormwater Permit Annual Report" for submittal to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
