WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Charles Nosie to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 970 CONWAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a .5-inch variance on the openable height and 1.5-inch variance on the openable width of the egress window in the upper floor west bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
