WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of the Department of Public Health, Daniel Schmidt, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 300 CLARENCE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 2.5-inch variance on the openable height of one wood acraft tilt-pac replacement egress bedroom window measuring 21.5 inches high by 22.5 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
