Body

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached 2^nd amendment to city agreement #02-15698-G with the State of Minnesota to continue participation in the Narcotics and Gang Task Force - Safe Streets (State Grant Agreement 2010-NGTF-00571; CF 10-545 and11-219).  The State of Minnesota has amended the agreement amount extending the financing from July 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 with an additional $69,750 which is included in the 2011 department budget.
