Variance Recommendation

Maybe. Need to clarify the connection between the 2 addresses in the hearing.  It would require a 9 inch variance in height of egress window opening.  Not clear if DSI Egress Window Policy applies and timing of permit sign-off.

This should be approved because it is a waiver of the policy.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paul Yang and Por T. Yang to a Building Permit at 1047 JESSAMINE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council granting the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
