WHEREAS on October 5, 2011 the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. 11-1022, said resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for the Page/Woodbury RSVP (File No. 19077, Assessment No. 115118); and

WHEREAS, the property at 132 Stevens Street, being described as: E 22 Ft Of Maurice St Vac Adj And Lots 9 And Lot 10 Blk 110, with the property identification number 08-28-22-24-0060 was assessed an amount of $8,999.04; and

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services made a technical adjustment to the property frontage and calculated a new assessment amount; now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the assessment for 132 Stevens St. be amended to $6,435.36.
