Body

WHEREAS on June 1, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 11-27, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up Services from March 1 to March 31, 2011 (File No. J1112A, Assessment No. 118064).

WHEREAS, the property at 768 Central Avenue West, being described as: Butterfield Syndicateadd No 1 Lot 8 Blk 13, with the property identifification number 35-29-23-42-0176 was assessed an amount of $506.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends approving the assessment and made payable over five (5) years; Now, Therefore, Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 11-27 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
